Due to the impact of COVID-19 in schools, the Department for Education announced that all statutory testing in primary schools in 2020 was to be suspended and subsequently cancelled.

This included the following:

• Early Years Foundation Stage Profile (End of Reception)
• Read at 6 Phonics Check (Y1 & Y2)
• End of Key Stage 1 Assessment (Y2)
• Multiplication Tables Check (Y4)
• End of Key Stage 2 Assessment (Y6)

It is expected that these assessments will go ahead again towards the end of the 2020-21 school year.
